Request for Public Participation

The Santa Ynez River Valley Groundwater Basin Central Management Area Groundwater Sustainability Agency (CMA GSA) Board of Directors seeks input from members of the public and interested persons, including groundwater users and landowners within the boundaries of the CMA GSA,  during a public meeting/workshop while the Board evaluates a rate study and considers setting groundwater pumping charges or other fees or charges to fund the CMA GSA in accordance with the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act. This will be a new fee in addition any other fees you may currently be paying.

When: Tuesday, March 25, 2025, 10 a.m.

Where: Buellton City Council Chambers, 140 W. Hwy 246, Buellton.
