The CMA GSA Board of Directors have scheduled Regular Meetings on either the 3rd or 4th Monday of the 2nd month of each quarter (February, May, August, November) at 10:00 am at the Buellton City Council Chambers (140 West Highway 246, Buellton).

Santa Ynez River Water Conservation District

  • Director Larry Lahr, CMA GSA Chair
  • Director Robert Dunlap, Alternate

County of Santa Barbara

  • Supervisor Joan Hartmann (non-voting Director)
  • Meighan Dietenhoffer (Alternate non-voting Director)

Agricultural Director (recommended by the Santa Ynez Water Group and appointed by the other CMA GSA Board Directors)

  • Michael Anderson (non-voting Director) - appointed March 3, 2025
  • Sara Rotman (Alternate non-voting Director) - appointed March 3, 2025

CMA GSA JPA Board Meetings

Central Management Area (CMA) Groundwater Sustainability Agency (GSA) JPA Board regularly meets once per quarter on either the 3rd or 4th Monday of the 2nd month of each quarter (February, May, August and November) at 10:00 am.
